My wife and I live on the island and personally manage our properties to be sure that our guests are comfortable.

3 bedroom, 3 bath, single level home. Features cathedral ceilings in living and dining areas. Large, fully equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, which opens into the spacious living and dining areas. Three nice sized bedrooms, each with a full bath: King bedroom has cathedral ceiling, walk in closet, and bath. The middle bedroom has a queen bed, closet and bath. The third bedroom features queen bed, two closets and a new tile jetted shower. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Enjoy the covered front porch with rocking chairs or relax in the screened back porch with tiled floor. Additional features include a Weber grill, outdoor shower, deck and a storage closet for your golf clubs, beach items etc. This property is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

It has ample off street parking.

The utilities and yard maintenance are included.

Great location, really pleasant and clean property, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the neighbors and the great experience you’ll have with the property owner. Also located 5 minutes from a grocery store, restaurants and the beach.. I give this property an excellent rating!

Lovely home, has everything you will need, and amazing owners! We stayed for almost a year and could not have asked for a more perfect place. From the décor to the beautiful kitchen, every little detail is perfectly thought out. The beach, village and so much more are all within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here.
